FOM Participates in Co-op Food Stores Pennies for Change

The Friends of Mascoma Foundation was pleased to participate in the Co-op Pennies for Change program this summer. The Pennies for Change program is one of the Co-op’s many giving programs. Customers can donate their change to our community partners by rounding at the registers to the next full dollar amount.

The Friends of Mascoma Foundation was selected as a community partner for the month of July 2020. We are happy to report $1,157.63 was raised on our behalf. In addition to supporting its food access partners, Listen, the Haven and Willing Hands, every month, the Co-op selects 4 other local nonprofits to receive a portion of the monthly “round-up” total. Other July beneficiaries include Twin Pines Housing Trust, Headrest, and West Central Behavioral Health. Thank you Co-op Food Stores and participating customers!
